London Marathon

Despite her enormous efforts for the 2018 London Marathon, Helen sustained an injury which left her no option but to pull out of the race, with less than a month to go - so frustrating as she had managed runs of up to 20 miles at that stage.

However, during her preparation, she managed to raise £5,322.70, including £2,000 match funding from her employers.

Helen has now started running again, in preparation of the London Marathon 2019, and even though the challenge was not completed in 2018, all donations have still gone to Help for Heroes.

Well done Helen, whatever you achieve – James would be very proud of his little cousin!!!
